Objectives of Young NTUC

To ensure continuity and dynamism, the labour movement must have a strong cohort of young members. Young NTUC was formed to attract younger members to our activities.

Younger Workers, Higher Aspirations

Every year, a steady stream of young workers with higher aspirations join the rat race. For NTUC to remain relevant and representative of our workforce, it is critical for NTUC and affiliated unions to continue attracting young workers as union members, to better understand and appreciate their needs, concerns and aspirations, and to be their voice.

With a base of about 120,000 young members, Young NTUC is the largest youth movement in Singapore. This allows us to reach out to younger people to share their ideas, views and concerns. So if you have some ideas on what you think you can do to impact your peers, then voice it out and let's see what we can do with it!
