ADic's Forest Adventure at Bedok Reservoir Park | Like climbing trees? How about the thrill of swinging from tree to tree 5 metres above ground? If your answer is yes, come and spend a few hours at the tranquil Bedok Reservoir Park! Be challenged physically as you cross bridges across the trees, zip across the reservoir and swing like tarzan at some parts, all while enjoying Bedok Reservoir Park’s scenic view! Forest Adventure is a Tree Top Course comprising ladders, bridges, swings, nets, trapezes and zip lines where participants move unaccompanied, from tree to tree, 5 meters above ground. All participants will be equipped with harnesses and are responsible for securing themselves to a safety line at each stage. This 2-hour long obstacle course starts with a half hour safety briefing before proceeding with the Grand Course. |

| Meeting point:
In order to facilitate those not staying at the East, one-way transfer will be provided. If you would like to board the bus, please meet at the Lobby of NTUC Building @ One Marina Boulevard at 9am sharp. Failing which, you have to find your own way to the venue. For those staying at the East, you may meet in front of Bedok Reservoir Forest Adventure

1) Participants must be over the height of 1.4m. Participants will be turned away if height is below limit.
2) Participants below the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents/ adults over 21.
3) Sport shoes are a MUST. Participants wearing sandals or loose fitted shoes will not be able to go on the course.
4) Participants are encouraged not to bring along any valuable items.
5) You are encouraged to wear bermudas or trousers or generally clothes that you do not mind getting a bit dirty.
| Please note that you are required to complete the indemnity form, which will be distributed on the day itself.
