A new initiative of Young NTUC, YCIS supports the cause, ‘Labour Movement for All, All for Labour Movement’ - a cause that seeks to bring together high and low income earners, the young and the old, Singaporeans and foreigners alike. With a strong belief in the younger generation and their desire to shape the future of Singapore, the programme will encourage 200 youths to delve into a broad range of national socio-economic issues that affect Singapore society today. With the insight gained, these individuals will;
1. develop a greater appreciation of the challenges and possible solutions to these challenges
2. understand what competitiveness and inclusion means for Singapore and how it relates to them
3. be able to make informed choices for themselves and for Singapore.
