The word “Ikigai” is a Japanese word which means “a reason for being” or “the things that make one’s life worthwhile”. Join the programme now to uncover your personal secrets to success and write your own Ikigai, your personal success story.

 

Session 1: Self - Discovery

What makes you different?  What are your special talents and skills?  How can you use these skills to carve out your personal niche, unique to you?   

During this session, you will hear stories of individuals who have successfully discovered their own talents, and leveraged them to build successful careers.  Our trained life coaches and mindfulness facilitators will help you to discover your own unique skills and empower you to shine your talents!

Session 2: Finding Life Purpose

What makes life meaningful? Discover your passion and life purpose and learn how you can use it to create positive change in the world! Get the chance to meet television host/presenter Anita Kapoor and composer/sound therapist Michele Chong and hear about their personal journey towards discovering their passion and life purpose.

Session 3: Building Resilience

Do you dream of doing something big but somehow, something always gets in the way?  Self – doubt, criticism from family and friends, personal and family circumstances? Get the chance to meet teacher and young change maker David Hoe, who has had to overcome a lifetime of personal obstacles and challenges to fulfil his dream of becoming an educator.

Session 4: Personal Success Narrative

Ikigai: what makes life worthwhile. The most successful people in life have discovered theirs. What’s your Ikigai?

Get the chance to meet inspirational speaker and trainer Reena Rajasvari and hear her powerful story of how she overcame multiple life crises (including blindness) to discover her Ikigai and make a positive difference to the people around her.

During this session, our trained coaches will guide you to write a perfect CV and resume, and provide you with tips on how to present yourself with authenticity and confidence, so that you can ace that university, scholarship or job interview!

Session 6: Career Networking

During this session, you will get a chance to network with career mentors from a wide range of industries.  At the end of the session, you can choose a mentor in your field of interest and have the opportunity to experience one – to – one mentorship over a four-month period.  This will help you better understand the industry and pick up useful tips on securing a job in the industry.

Session 7: Life Hacks

Finding it difficult to stay focused and productive in achieving your study or personal goals? During this session, our trained Neuro – Linguistic Programming (NLP) and mindfulness coaches will teach you the life hacks to become much more focused and productive in achieving your work and personal goals.
