TV+ Box Terms and Conditions: StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box. Customers may self-collect their TV+ box by signing up at any StarHub Shops or arrange for delivery by signing up via starhub.com/store or 1630 Hotline. As HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption. Recontract customers are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) at any of these 4 StarHub Shops – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point, during operating hours within 7 days from their order date. Alternatively, customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of the TV+ box (if any). Otherwise, an equipment loss charge will incur. Visit
