Positivity and Resilience


Not everyday is considered a ‘good day’. There might be issues and concerns that you need to face. But you shouldn’t let it get the best of you. Instead, you have to remain calm, work on a solution, and remain positive. When your team sees that you are taking challenges the best possible way, the attitude can be contagious. And that’s a good thing.

Creativity


When you are leading a team, you must be creative in providing solutions. You are willing to try out non-conventional ways to solve problems. You also encourage your members to provide their own creative take on issues. You allow them to think out of the box and you genuinely appreciate their ideas. 

Open to Feedback


Leaders must know how to effectively listen and to understand the team. Empathy plays a huge role in this process. Allow your team members to provide their feedback about your leadership style and take note of it. If there are some negative feedback, don’t take it personally and accept it as a challenge.
